Wagashi Japanese Bakery offer a range of traditional and fusion flavoured dorayaki and ice cream. This year we will be partnering with Brighton based traditional wagashi producer An-An. Wagashi is well known to be an artisan craft, celebrated for the sweets exquisite beauty and fine taste.

Wagashi Japanese Bakery and An-An are both small family owned businesses and we truly believe that the passion we have for our products can be felt upon tasting.
