HYPER JAPAN Spring 2012 saw a veritable smorgasbord of sweet delights hit the stalls as visitors were enticed to try everything from chocolate covered bananas to the more traditional dorayaki (pancakes filled with red bean paste). Minamoto Kitchoan decorated its booth with confectionary that looked like mini pieces of art, whilst Nice Ice Kakigori had a selection of fruity flavoured shaved-ice to cool everyone down in the packed venue. Sugar fuelled morsels from cakes to ice cream filled the food court giving HYPER JAPAN that extra buzz.
