Sunday 17th July: 9:00 – 18:00

On the door sales
On the door ticket sales are valid for that day or session only. Please refer to our tickets page for further information. On the door ticket sales start only after the majority of guests with advance tickets have been allowed entry.
Fast Registration tickets
Fast Registration ticket holders will have priority when queuing for registration, but will not have faster access to the various event areas inside the venue. Fast Registration tickets are valid once per day / session.
*During busy times, Fast Registration ticket holders may be required to wait to register. The waiting time for entry will be considerably shorter than that for General Entry ticket holders.
This is an additional option during the ticket purchasing process, and cannot be purchased online separately or independently from the entry ticket.
A limited number of Fast Registration tickets will be sold per day and session. Once these tickets are sold out, there will be no further availability.
Details of the two Saturday sessions
There are two sessions of HYPER JAPAN on Saturday: 9:00-15:00 and 15:30-21:00
The event will be completely closed between 15:00 and 15:30. Last entry for the Saturday 1st Session is at 14:30, after which time no re-entry will be allowed.
The Saturday 1st Session ticket is valid for the Saturday 1st Session only, not for the Saturday 2nd Session, and vice versa. Tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for entry on a different Saturday session or different days.
Even if you have purchased a Dual Ticket or 3 Day Pass, you will be required to leave the event areas between 15:00 and 15:30.
Presenting your tickets at the venue
You must print out your tickets and bring them with you to the event. Unfortunately, e-tickets displayed on mobile screens may cause problems with the venue scanners and thus will not be accepted at the entrance.
All visitors wishing to re-enter the event after once leaving will have their hand stamped. This will allow you to re-enter during the same day or session you hold a ticket for without any extra fee.
Entry during busy times
The Organiser will make every effort to ensure that entry into the event is as smooth as possible. During busy times, it may be necessary to wait to gain entry into the event, even if you have purchased Fast Registration tickets. In the case that event areas reach their capacity, visitors will be required to wait to gain access.
Please plan ahead and allow enough time to get to the venue, especially if you are planning to see a popular show or performance. It is strongly recommended that you arrive early so you will not miss the show due to long queues.
