This free hands-on workshop will focus on producing some delicious, simple, appetisers perfect for the festive season. From roasted pumpkin with barley miso, Japanese slaw to aubergine with umami paste your taste buds will be truly tempted!
Participants will learn the tricks to making:
・ Kale with Sesame Dressing (Goma-dare)
・ Cabbage Maki
・ Aubergine with Umami Paste
・ Tofu with Shiso (Japanese basil/ Perilla ), Pear and Lime
・Roast Pumpkin with Barley Miso and Pumpkin Seeds Topping
・Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms with Tempura Dipping Sauce with a hint of Ume Plum
