【IMPORTANT】

1. Two Saturday Sessions

There are two sessions of HYPER JAPAN on Saturday, 9:15-14:15 and 15:15-20:15.

This is to avoid possible queuing issues. If you have have an advance ticket, entry into the event should be smooth, although at some peak times the flow of the queue to enter may be slower because of the ticket and security checks at the entrance.

The event will be completely closed between 14:15 and 15:15. Final entry for the Saturday First Session is up to 13:45, no re-entry will be allowed from this time either.

Even if you have purchased a Dual-Session pass or 3 day pass, the event will be closed between 14:15 and 15:15. On Saturday, there will be no tickets for the Saturday Second Session sold until after the doors open at 15:15

-

You will be advised to wait in the waiting space (upstairs in the venue), once the First Session ticket holders are all cleared you may then return to the event venue. You may also completely leave the venue, but for re-entry you have to queue up with the people who are waiting for entry to the Second Session.

The Saturday First Session ticket is valid for the Saturday First Session only, not for the Saturday Second Session, and vice versa. Tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for entry on a different Saturday session or different days. For instance, if you arrive at the venue at 13:00 on Saturday with a Saturday First Session ticket, you will be able to enjoy the show from 13:00 to 14:15 only, and not allowed to enter the Saturday Second Session whatever the reason for your late arrival was, unless you have a Saturday Second Session ticket, Saturday Dual Ticket or Three day ticket. So we strongly recommend you come to the show much earlier than the session closing time.

The Saturday Dual-Session pass is cheaper than buying an individual ticket for each session.

Even if you have purchased a Dual-Session pass or 3 day pass, the event will be closed between 14:15 and 15:15. On Saturday, there will be no tickets for the Saturday Second Session sold until after the doors open at 15:15

2. Child Tickets

Tickets for children under 10 are free, but they must have a ticket, which you can purchase alongside your adult tickets. No-one will be allowed entry to the show without a ticket, including children.
