|Saturday||The event will be closed between 15:00 and 15:30 to change sessions: All ticket holders must leave the event space during this period. There will be no access to the event areas and no attractions during this changing time. At 15:30, Dual Ticket and 3 Day Pass holders can return to the event areas and show their wristbands for the Saturday 2nd Session. The Saturday 1st Session ticket is valid for the Saturday 1st Session only, not for the Saturday 2nd Session, and vice versa. Saturday 1st session registration will close at 14:00, and last entry for each area will be at 14:30.|

|On the Door Tickets||Online ticket sales for both Saturday Sessions and Sunday will close at 23:59 the night before those respective days, unless they sell out earlier. In the event of tickets for any particular session selling out, we may be able to release on the door tickets from 12:00 Noon on a first-come, first-served basis, however we cannot guarantee this will happen.
Prices TBC, but will be higher than advance tickets.
- Visitors should expect waiting times of between 30 and 90 minutes at registration and outside each event area at peak times.
- The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- You may be filmed or photographed by the organiser or a representative thereof during the event. HYPER JAPAN or its associates reserve the right to use your image for promotional purposes on its website, print media or in other advertising on other unlimited channels.
