The Tosa Brewery has been producing high quality sake for 141 years. Based in a tranquil location near the origin of the Yoshino River, it is blessed with beautiful soft water, producing small scale, carefully handcrafted sake to please its followers.

  • Keigetsu Yuzusake

    A refreshing, sweet liqueur combining sake made from locally produced rice and yuzu. It goes well with grilled lemon chicken and white fish carpaccio, as well as being the perfect companion to herbs such as basil and rosemary, and fruit.

  • Keigetsu Nigori Junmai Daiginjo 50

    Rice Variety:Ginnoyume
    Rice Polish Ratio/ABV:50% / 15%
    Best Served:Chilled, Room temp.

    A gentle nose of creamy melon and rice powder. Delicately cloudy with a body of green apple, coconut and green melon and a hint of marshmallow sweetness. Pair with deep-fried breaded cod, chicken katsu, coconut sorbet or fresh tropical fruit.

  • Keigetsu Gin no Yume Junmai Daiginjo 45

    A fresh and uplifting aroma leads into a luscious body of sweet and juicy strawberry, nectarine and green grape, tempered by notes of asparagus, dried pineapple, sage and grapefruit peel. Excellent with grapefruit and orange, mackerel, grilled salad, or chicken.
