Cross Media Online Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The Organizer is Cross Media Limited (hereafter ‘CM’) (company no. 02191760) whose registered office is at Unit 147, The Light Box, 111 Power Road, London, UK, W4 5PY. 

 

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over. 

 

  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 

 

  1. Personal Data:  
  • Entrants’ personal data can be shared with Trusted Third Parties (sponsors, Instructors etc) 
  • CM and Trusted Third Parties may contact Entrants; and 
  • The Competition winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. 

 

  1. In the event that the Competition is cancelled, prevented from continuing, or the CMis otherwise unable to perform any obligations under the Agreement due to: technical difficulties and/or failures in logistics outside of the CM’s reasonable control; fire; explosion; riot; theft; strike; epidemic; act of God; or other circumstance beyond the CM’s reasonable control, CM shall not be held liable for Damages.   

 

  1. CM does not take any responsibility for loss or damages to the prizes caused during delivery. 

 

  1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.  The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and CM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

 

  1. All final decisions made in the competition will be at the discretion of CM.  

 

  1. Competition winners will be informed by email within 7 days of the Competition closing and will have 28 days from the Competition closing to claim their prize. 

 

  1. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
