HYPER JAPAN Festival 2024 – the UK’s biggest celebration of Japanese culture – returns July 19th, 20th, 21st at Olympia Events!

Ticket Types:

1. 3 Day Pass 

Entry to all general admission sessions: Friday – Saturday – Sunday → £69.00 including VAT@20% 

2. General Admission 

  • 19th July, Friday 12:00-20:00→£24.00 including VAT@20% 
  • 20th July, Saturday 10:00-20:00 →£36.00 including VAT@20% 
  • 21st July, Sunday 10:00-17:00→£27.00 including VAT@20% 

3. Children (10 years old and under) 

Free entry with general admission ticket holder parent/guardian. 

A limited number of children tickets are available, reserve yours early to avoid disappointment.

People with Disabilities (Blue Badge, Disability Card Holder) 

People with disabilities who purchase tickets will be able to bring an additional support person at no charge. Please purchase a general admission entry ticket for your preferred session and select the “Carer Entry Ticket” Add-On. If you purchase the 3 Day Pass then you only need to select one “Carer Entry Ticket” Add-On. 

* You may be required to show your blue badge or disability card on arrival. 

4. Carer Entry for People with Disabilities 

The carer must enter the event with the “Person with Disabilities” ticket holder. 

Event security and/or staff may request to see proof of disability which includes (but is not strictly limited to) Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal, Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Blind Persons Registration, Armed Forces Independence Payment.

We provide a free ticket for a carer accompanying a person with disability. However the carer must be at least aged 16 or above. Although we recognise the support provided by young carers, we must be confident that carers could assist effectively in the event of an emergency.
