The JAPAN FOOD SHOW is an exciting new attraction at this year’s HYPER JAPAN Festival, and one which no fan of Japanese cuisine will want to miss! You can discover the secrets behind some of your favourite foods, such as sushi, ramen and katsu curry, as over 30 producers of different Japanese food and drink products gather together under one roof.
