Following on our 2017 and 2018 summer events, HYPER JAPAN is committed to being accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities.
For people with disabilities, we offer a special discounted rate on tickets, including Saturday dual-session and three-day tickets. Children with disability between the age of 0-10 are able to enter the event free of charge, at any time, over any combination of sessions.
To purchase concession tickets, please type in the code “CONCESSION” into the Access Key field during the ticket purchase process. Upon entering the code, the concession ticket options will appear.
One accompanying carer will be offered a free admission ticket, alongside a child or adult with a disability. Carer tickets can be collected on the day with proof of disability. This includes (but is not strictly limited to) Access cards, DID, GP letters, and proof of disabled allowance.
In order to make entry to the Olympia venue as smooth as possible, visitors with disabilities may be directed to an alternate entrance.
In addition, a concession ticket is also avaliable for senior citizens, aged 60 and over.
We do not have a student concession ticket option.
