A private chef from Singapore based in London. A chef alumna of ROKA Canary Wharf and of the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu London, with a Diploma in Cuisine. Chef Lin specialises in Asian Fusion cuisine, and loves experimenting with robust Asian flavours using classic European technique.
