How good are we really at queueing????

Both British and Japanese people are famous around the world for their queuing skills and etiquette but really nobody loves waiting for too long, especially when you’re excited to get inside HYPER JAPAN.

We know that it can sometimes be a bit confusing to find the right place to queue but hopefully with this handy guide to queuing at HYPER JAPAN you should find your way to the right place and get inside as quickly as possible.

The nearest station to HYPER JAPAN Festival 2019 at Olympia London is Kensington Olympia Station on the District Line. There are different entrances for different types of ticket holders to Festival 2019 and there will be large signs displayed and staff to help guide visitors to the correct entrance.
Please read below for directions to each of the entrances for each type of ticket holder.

You’ll need to present the QR Code on your ticket email to get into HYPER JAPAN.
If you can access this on your mobile phone and present the QR Code on screen to our staff at the entrance you don’t need to bring the paper copy.

From the Olympia-side exit of Kensington Olympia station, please turn to your left and walk along Olympia Way.
