The demonstration is sponsored by Clearspring, a pioneer in authentic Japanese specialities and organic fine foods, and will be led by London-based cookery teacher, Atsuko Ikeda, founder of Atsuko’s Kitchen and author of the popular recipe books 'Sushi Made Simple' and 'Atsuko's Japanese Kitchen’.
She will be sharing her original recipes for Seaweed and Spring Onion Pancake, Soba Noodles Salad with Sea Vegetables and Matcha Mousse Dessert made with Agar and Kuzu.
