Biography

JSS (Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association) has about 1400 sake breweries and 300 shochu distillers from throughout Japan as members.
It aims to promote these Japanese national alcoholic beverages to the world, in order ultimately to contribute to the diversification of food cultures worldwide.
JSS was established pursuant to the Japanese Acton Securing of Liquor Tax and on Liquor Business Associations.
