Azuki Ice Lollipops

When the heat hits this summer, why not chill out with a surprisingly delicious azuki bean ice lollipop? This recipe is super easy and super sweet.


  • 150ml whole milk
  • 150ml tinned sweet azuki beans
  • Condensed milk for sauce
  • Thin, short sticks (e.g. toothpicks)


  1. Mix the milk and azuki then pour into an ice-cube tray.
  2. Put a stick in each cube and place in the freezer to set.
  3. Remove the lollies and serve with condensed milk as a dipping sauce.
