Azuki Ice Lollipops
When the heat hits this summer, why not chill out with a surprisingly delicious azuki bean ice lollipop? This recipe is super easy and super sweet.
- 150ml whole milk
- 150ml tinned sweet azuki beans
- Condensed milk for sauce
- Thin, short sticks (e.g. toothpicks)
- Mix the milk and azuki then pour into an ice-cube tray.
- Put a stick in each cube and place in the freezer to set.
- Remove the lollies and serve with condensed milk as a dipping sauce.
