Chicken and Mushroom Japanese-style Pasta

Ingredients

  • 80g chicken
  • 40g mushrooms (Shiitake, oyster, etc.)
  • 1/12 onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • 90g spaghetti
  • 75ml dashi
  • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 15g butter
  • Nori, to garnish
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. Boil the spaghetti
  2. Fry the chicken, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan, with oil
  3. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the dashi to the pan
  4. Add the boiled pasta, soy sauce, mirin and butter to the frying pan, and mix, coating the pasta well
  5. Finally, add the spring onion, finely shredded, and the nori, finely cut, to taste.
