Chicken and Mushroom Japanese-style Pasta

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 80g chicken
- 40g mushrooms (Shiitake, oyster, etc.)
- 1/12 onion
- 1 spring onion
- 90g spaghetti
- 75ml dashi
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 15g butter
- Nori, to garnish
- Vegetable oil for frying
Steps
- Boil the spaghetti
- Fry the chicken, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan, with oil
- Once the chicken is cooked through, add the dashi to the pan
- Add the boiled pasta, soy sauce, mirin and butter to the frying pan, and mix, coating the pasta well
- Finally, add the spring onion, finely shredded, and the nori, finely cut, to taste.
