Devil’s Tongue Jelly in Miso (Konnyaku Dengaku)
Low-calorie and healthy, this is a great way to get cooking with konnyaku.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1 block of Devil’s tongue jelly (konnyaku)
- 240ml dashi
- 120ml miso sauce
- grated yuzu or lime rind
Steps
- Slice the jelly into 4 and simmer in dashi until cooked.
- Skewer then coat in miso sauce and garnish with rind.
