Fried Rice


Serves: 2

  • 160-240g cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp leek, chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1.5 tsp sake


  1. Heat the oil in a wok. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. Add some more oil and fry the rice on high. Add the eggs and the chopped leek and stir-fry, taking care that the rice does not stick together.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and sake.
