- 160-240g cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp leek, chopped
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
- salt & pepper
- 1.5 tsp sake
- Heat the oil in a wok. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Add some more oil and fry the rice on high. Add the eggs and the chopped leek and stir-fry, taking care that the rice does not stick together.
- Season with salt, pepper and sake.
