This Japanese snack is so low calorie it’s totally guilt-free. Garlic is great for you, too.
- 280g konnyaku (1 standard block)
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp ground garlic
- pinch of black pepper
- chilli powder
- vegetable oil
- Cut the konnyaku into bite size pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the konnyaku and the garlic. Then add the dashi powder and pepper.
- When the konnyaku becomes slightly brown, add the chilli powder and remove from the heat.
