Green Beans in Sesame Soy Sauce (Ingen no Goma-ae)
A delicious and quick way to serve boiled greens
- 200g boiled green beans
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- Boil or steam the green beans (or other green vegetable), then drain.
- Mix the soy sauce, mirin and ground sesame together well.
- Pour over the green beans and serve.
