Green Salad with Miso Dressing
White miso is a great dairy substitute that works really well in dressings.
- 5-6 lettuce leaves
- 12cm cucumber
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 small tomatoes
- 2 tsp white miso
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces and cut the cucumber and tomato into 1.5-2cm cubes. Thinly slice the onion and place into a bowl of water for 10-15 minutes.
- Put <A> into a small bow land mix with a whisk to make the dressing.
- Place the salad, including the onions, into a serving bowl and serve with the sauce.
