Grilled Rice Ball (Yaki-onigiri)

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 200g cooked Japanese rice
- 2 tsp red miso
- 1 tsp sugar
- some nori or shiso leaves (optional)
Steps
- Wet the palms of your hands. Take half the rice and make it into a triangular shape. Make another ball with the remaining rice.
- Mix the miso with the sugar. Spread it on the surface of the rice balls and grill both sides until browned.
- Wrap in nori or shiso leaves.
