Haricot Beans with Sesame Sauce (Ingenmame no Goma-ae)
This simple sesame sauce can be used with other steamed or boiled beans, too.
- 200g haricot beans
- 4 tbsp sesame sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- Boil beans with pinch of salt, rinse and cool. Slice into 3-4cm lengths.
- Mix ground sesame with sauce and dress beans.
