Haricot Beans with Sesame Sauce (Ingenmame no Goma-ae)

This simple sesame sauce can be used with other steamed or boiled beans, too.


Serves: 4

  • 200g haricot beans
  • 4 tbsp sesame sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground white sesame


  1. Boil beans with pinch of salt, rinse and cool. Slice into 3-4cm lengths.
  2. Mix ground sesame with sauce and dress beans.
