Mango Jelly

A less than 100 kcal desert!
Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 1 ripe mango (medium size)
- 1 tsp kanten agar powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 slices lemon
Steps
- Peel the mango, cut into small pieces then make into a puree, using a potato masher or a food mixer/processor.
- Place the kanten, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Keep boiling on a medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the mango puree and lemon juice and mix well. Pour into a shallow container and cool in a fridge until set. Serve with sliced lemon.
