Minced Raw Tuna Bowl (Negitoro-don)
A classic and healthy topping for donburi, or rice bowls.
Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 130 g rice, cooked
- 75g fresh lean tuna, minced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 sheet nori, finely shredded
- soy sauce, to taste
- wasabi, to taste
Steps
- Place the cooked rice in a large bowl and spread the minced, raw tuna on top.
- Sprinkle the spring onion and seaweed over the top. Garnish with wasabi. Add some soy sauce before or whilst eating, to taste.
