Natsu Matsuri Cocktail (Summer Festival Cocktail)

A fabulously fresh shochu-based cocktail, ideal for chic afternoon garden parties and balmy summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 measure shochu
  • 3 measures champagne
  • 0.5 measures strawberry liqueur
  • 0.5 measure raspberry liqueur
  • 1 measure cranberry juice (1 measure = 25ml)

Steps

Half fill a champagne flute with crushed ice, mix the ingredients gently in a shaker and strain into the glass.
