Radish and Carrot Salad

Simple, quick and very crunchy.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 150g Japanese radish
- 150g carrot
- 120ml mixed vinegar
- 1 tsp ground sesame
Steps
- Peel vegetables, julienne and salt.
- After 5 minutes, rinse and dry.
- Dress in the vinegar and ground sesame.
