Radish and Carrot Salad

Simple, quick and very crunchy.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 150g Japanese radish
  • 150g carrot
  • 120ml mixed vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground sesame

Steps

  1. Peel vegetables, julienne and salt.
  2. After 5 minutes, rinse and dry.
  3. Dress in the vinegar and ground sesame.
