Adults’ Bronze Winner sushi by Barry Palmer, from the Original Sushi Competition 2003.
- 96g sushi rice
- 6 sheets nori
- skin of 1/3 cucumber
- 9g sanshoku kizami yuba
- Take 12g of sushi rice and mould into a oval shape. Repeat 6 times.
- Wrap each of the rice pieces in a nori strip.
- Slice the cucumber skin into fine strips.
- Cover the rice with a layer of cucumber.
- Top with the mixed sanshoku kizami yuba.
