Rice Ball with Tororo Kombu

Another way to eat the ubiquitous onigiri rice ball.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- handful of tororo kombu
- 400g cooked rice
- soy sauce
<Fillings>
- salted salmon, pickled plums, tinned tuna with mayonnaise, cod roe, etc.
Steps
- Wet the palms of your hands. Spread a quarter of the rice in the palm of one hand, making a small hollow for the filling in the centre.
- Add the filling and shape the rice in a triangular form. Repeat the process four times.
- Spread the soy sauce thinly over each ball and wrap with tororo kombu.
