A beautifully fruity and fluffy shochu cocktail.
- 5 ice cubes
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sugar syrup or white sugar
- white of 1 egg
- 75ml shochu
- lemon wedge
- grated lemon rind, to garnish
- Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and pour the lemon juice, syrup, egg white and shochu over them.
- Shake until a frost forms then pour into a short glass.
- Serve with a lemon wedge and rind sprinkled over the top.
