Surf, Turf n’ Beach Sushi

Ingredients

Serves: 2

3 piece

For the Starter Sushi

  • 3g cocktail sauce
  • 3g red pepper
  • 14g prawn, boiled
  • 3g paprika

For the Main Course Sushi

  • 13g beef Carpaccio
  • 3g English mustard

For the Dessert Sushi

  • 1 melon slice, 6 x 3.5cm
  • 1 strip apple peel, 6 x 0.5cm

Steps

  1. Take 16g of sushi rice and mould into an oval shape. Repeat twice until you have three pieces.
  2. For the Starter Sushi

  3. Finely chop and mince the red pepper, paprika and prawns.
  4. Spread the cocktail sauce on the sushi rice. Shape the prawn mix and press onto the sushi rice.
  5. For the Main Course Sushi

  6. Spread mustard on top of the sushi rice.
  7. Shape the beef and place on top of the sushi rice.
  8. For the Dessert Sushi

  9. Place the melon slice on top of the sushi rice.
  10. Wrap the sushi rice and melon bundle carefully with the apple peel strip.
