Sushi For My Greedy Dad

Children’s Silver winner sushi by Yui Sumitomo (age 7), from the Original Sushi Competition 2003.
Ingredients
4 pieces
- 60g sushi rice
- 4 small slices of roast beef(approx. 18g each)
- 4g grated horseradish
- Some sauerkraut
Steps
- Take 15g of rice in your right hand and mould it gently into the shape of a ship’s hull. Repeat four times.
- Spread the horseradish, then the sauerkraut on top of the rice.
- Place the beef on top. Alternatively, you can put 2) on top of the beef.
Alternatively, you can use beef cooked as follows: Heat plenty of oil well in a frying pan and deep fry 200g of beef (enough for ten pieces) on a medium heat until it’s hard on the outside but rare inside, Slice thinly.
