- 96g sushi rice
- 1 sheet nori
- 5ml squid ink
- 90g Avruga or Bewga caviar
- Mix sushi rice with squid ink evenly.
- Place the nori on a bamboo mat and spread 1 over it evenly, leaving 1cm free on the opposite side to you.
- Place your thumbs at the back of the mat and lift then, pressing lightly, roll away from you.
- Cut into 4 pieces and top with Avruga or Bewga caviar.
