Super quick and easy, and really good for you too!
- 10g dried wakame
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 mange tout
- 300ml dashi
- 2 tsp sake
- salt and pepper to taste
- Soak the wakame in water to reconstitute and cut into bite size pieces. Trim the mange tout and put quickly in boiling water.
- Place the dashi and sake in a pan, bring to the boil, add the wakame and mange tout, and season with salt and pepper.
- Just before removing the pan from the heat, pour in the beaten egg and stir.
