Wakame with Miso & Vinegar

Flavoursome, healthy and low calorie‚ make some extra for your lunchbox!
Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 5g dried wakame
- 1 spring onion
- 3 crabsticks
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tbsp red miso
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dashi
Steps
- Soak the wakame in water for 5 minutes, drain, and cut into bite size pieces. Cut the spring onion into 1.5cm pieces and split the crabsticks into thin pieces.
- put <A> in a bowl and mix well. Then stir in the vinegar.
- Put the wakame and onion in a sieve, pour boiling water through them, then mix the ingredients together with the sauce.
