Wakame with Miso & Vinegar

Flavoursome, healthy and low calorie‚ make some extra for your lunchbox!


Serves: 2

  • 5g dried wakame
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 crabsticks
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar


  • 1 tbsp red miso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dashi


  1. Soak the wakame in water for 5 minutes, drain, and cut into bite size pieces. Cut the spring onion into 1.5cm pieces and split the crabsticks into thin pieces.
  2. put <A> in a bowl and mix well. Then stir in the vinegar.
  3. Put the wakame and onion in a sieve, pour boiling water through them, then mix the ingredients together with the sauce.
