Karate Workshop with JKA England


Discover the Art of Karate with JKA England at HYPER JAPAN Festival!
Step into the world of traditional Japanese Karate with this beginner-friendly taster class, led by a senior instructor from JKA England. Perfect for first-timers, this 50-minute session will introduce you to the fundamentals of Shotokan Karate, covering key techniques such as stances, strikes, blocks and kicks. As part of the experience, you’ll also get to watch an exciting demonstration by members of the JKA England national team, showcasing the skill and precision of authentic JKA Karate. This workshop is suitable for beginners from 18 years old.
What to Expect

What to Wear:
To fully enjoy the session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing like jogging bottoms or leggings that cover the knees or a karate gi.
