Ikebana Workshop with Yoka Suzuki

Japanese people have a deep love for flowers.
Ikebana is the Japanese art of flower arrangement which is known for its minimal flower design. It has a history of around 600years. By arranging flowers, we attempt to express the beauty and life of nature.

Zen and Ikebana have a deep connection. The joy of Ikebana is letting go of unnecessary thoughts and attachments and focusing on yourself here and now.
Why not pick up some flowers? The experience of Ikebana inspires new creativity and freedom of mind.
